1. Sign-up: use an exclusive email
Create a brand new email
Create an email address you will use ONLY for MIMIX and the Minute Data app. This avoids conflicts and account blocks.
Sign up on MIMIX
Register on the site with that exclusive email. On sign-up, everyone starts at rank V0.
Open your Minute Data account
Download the Minute Data app and create your account with exactly the SAME exclusive email.
Warning: an email already used on another platform will not work
The email used on Minute Data must not be linked to any other capture platform. If you already have a Minute Data account through another company, create a completely new email and open a new account with it. Otherwise your hours will not be credited to MIMIX.

2. Download the Minute Data app
The Minute Data app is where you pick a task, record and submit the video. It is what counts your approved seconds.
Compatible phones
- iPhone 12 → iPhone 17 (exceto 16e / 17e)
- Google Pixel 6 → Pixel 9
- Samsung Galaxy S21 → S26 (exceto modelos FE)
You can also check your device directly in the Minute app. Devices outside this list cannot submit recordings at the required quality.
3. How to record correctly
Golden rule: the video must show your HANDS working. No face, no wall, no static camera pointing at nothing.

Mount the phone
Strap the phone to your forehead (head strap with mount), tilted about 45º downward, and record in landscape. Your hands must be centered in frame.

Frame only hands and the task
Capture only your hands and what they manipulate. Avoid other people's faces, screens with personal data, documents and children.
- 03
Prepare the environment
Good, even lighting (natural light is best), a calm space, a clean lens and a charged phone or power bank.

Do the task for real
Complete a task from start to finish at your natural pace. Keep hands in frame when picking up, holding and releasing objects. No robotic movement, no staged tasks.

Submit and wait for review
Submit through the app. Quality review validates the recording against the standard. Only approved time is paid.
What gets approved
- Stable forehead view, slightly tilted downward
- Hands and fingers visible throughout the work
- Sharp, well-lit, landscape footage
- One complete task at a natural pace
- Normal ambient audio, no loud music on top
What gets rejected
- Shaky, tilted, obstructed or poorly lit camera
- Hands out of frame more than 10% of the time
- Robotic movement, deliberate slowness or staged tasks
- Vertical video, screen recording or downloaded content
- Third-party faces, children or personal documents in frame

Individual earnings: your hours only
For people who just want to record and get paid, with no referrals.
Every recorded and APPROVED video hour is worth US$5. That simple: you do not need to refer anyone, build a team or hit any target to be paid for that hour.
Approved seconds accumulate. Each complete block of 3,600 approved seconds generates one commissionable hour of US$5. Record 40 minutes today and 20 tomorrow and that adds up to one paid hour.
Your personal hours are always yours: they generate the US$5/hour individual payment regardless of your rank. The V0 to V6 rank only affects NETWORK earnings, explained in the next section.

Network earnings: the V0 → V6 scale
For people who want to refer and earn in depth. This section is fully independent from the previous one.
Beyond the US$5 per personal hour, MIMIX pays a network bonus on every approved hour recorded by your team, in infinite depth. The higher your rank, the higher the rate you receive per team hour.
On sign-up everyone starts at V0, already earning US$0.50 per team hour. As you accumulate valid direct referrals, team hours and qualified people in your network, you climb ranks and your rate per team hour rises to US$2.00 at V6.
That is why MIMIX is different: you are paid not only for your time, but for the capture structure you helped build.

The rate shown is what you are paid for each approved hour recorded by your team, at any depth.
Plan rules
- Personal hours never count toward rank qualification or this network bonus.
- A direct becomes valid after completing one full approved hour and never loses that status.
- Team hours include all descendants forever, including production below a cut line.
- Requirements count people at the indicated rank or above, at any depth, including in the same line.
- Approved seconds accumulate; each complete block of 3,600 seconds generates one commissionable hour.
- A newly earned rank applies only to the next complete hours and is never lost.
- Your rank follows you across all projects; rates come from the project that originated the approved recording.
Practical example
You are rank V2 (US$1.00 per team hour) and your network — across every depth level — recorded 800 approved hours this month. The network bonus is US$800. If you personally recorded 40 hours, add US$200 of individual earnings: US$1,000 total.
